Ronald C. "Pee Wee" Carter, aged 38, passed away on September 4, 2011, in Richmond, Virginia. His death was a significant loss to his family and friends, who remembered him fondly in various obituaries and memorials. Ronald was survived by his three daughters, Roneca, Ashley, and Makayla Smithers, as well as his parents, Kathleen Carter and Robert Ferrell, along with numerous siblings and extended family members.
