Tyrone Jermaine Williams Jr., a 15-year-old from Richmond, Virginia, tragically lost his life on October 20, 2019. Known affectionately as "Lil Ty," Tyrone was a sophomore at Armstrong High School, where he was remembered by his teachers and peers for his bright smile and potential.
