A promising young life was cut tragically short in the fall of 2019. Fifteen-year-old Tyrone Jermaine Williams Jr. of Richmond, Virginia, died on October 20th of that year. Known affectionately as 'Lil Ty,' he was a sophomore at Armstrong High School where he was an honor roll student. He also attended the Richmond Technical Center, studying in the field of electricity.
