In the late hours of Valentine's Day in 2019, a tragic event unfolded in Richmond, Virginia, leading to the death of 27-year-old Edwin D. Gonzales-Urbina. On Thursday, February 14th, Gonzales-Urbina sustained a gunshot wound in the 3100 block of Broad Rock Boulevard.
