David Dupree, a 17-year-old from Richmond, VA, tragically lost his life on September 18, 2022. David, affectionately known as "Dae Dae," was a student at Henrico High School. He was shot and killed near the St. Luke Apartments, a location that has seen its share of violence. The community was deeply affected by his death, and a vigil was held in his honor, where family, friends, and community members gathered to remember his positive spirit and the impact he had on those around him.
