In the early hours of October 7, 2012, a house party in Richmond, Virginia, turned tragic, leaving a young man's life cut short and a case that remains a mystery. Nathan T. Ratigan, a 24-year-old Caucasian male, was fatally shot while attending the gathering in the 300 block of West Marshall Street. The incident occurred just before 1 a.m. outside the party.
