On July 30, 2016, 44-year-old Michael Anthony Minor was shot and killed while working as a bouncer at the Black Tie Social Club in Richmond, Virginia. The shooting occurred just after 2:00 a.m. outside the nightclub on Nine Mile Road. According to reports, the assailant called out Michael by name before shooting him.
