Michael A Minor

In the early morning hours of July 30, 2016, Michael A. Minor, a 44-year-old Black male, was fatally shot while at his job at the Black Tie Social Club in Richmond, Virginia. The incident occurred at approximately 2 a.m. as Minor was closing the establishment for the night. Richmond Police officers responded to a call about the shooting and discovered Minor with a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
