Death by Force

On October 10, 2012, 18-year-old Rodney Jerome Shelton was shot and killed in Richmond, Virginia. Shelton was gunned down in the 2600 block of Q Street at around 11:00 p.m., where he died at the scene. Another individual, a female, was also shot during the same incident but survived.
