On the night of September 19, 2011, 31-year-old Thomas Earl Kelly was shot to death in an alley in Richmond, Virginia. Kelly was found in the 1100 block of North 20th Street, and despite the efforts of law enforcement, his murder remains unsolved. Investigators have continued to search for leads over the years, appealing to the public for any information that might help bring closure to the case.
