In the quiet of a late Thursday evening, on February 2, 2023, the life of 34-year-old Kevin Devon Thomas was tragically cut short. Henrico Police were called to the 5800 block of Kirkstone Circle in Henrico, Virginia, around 10:32 p.m. following a report of a shooting. Upon their arrival, officers discovered a male inside a residence suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.
