Ever Edgardo Flores Moya, a 31-year-old resident of Richmond, VA, tragically lost his life on July 3, 2021. The incident occurred in Chesterfield County, specifically in the 3000 block of Lancers Boulevard. Police were called to the scene at approximately 4:11 a.m., where they discovered Moya had been shot. He was pronounced dead at the scene^1^.
