Surita M. Abdul-Majid, a 30-year-old resident of Richmond, Virginia, was found dead on September 21, 2020. The Richmond Police Department responded to a report of gunfire at approximately 2:52 p.m. in the 3500 block of East Richmond Road. Upon arrival, officers discovered Abdul-Majid inside a residence, suffering from gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
