In March 2024, a quiet young man named Vincent Robinson, Jr. was fatally shot at a GRTC bus stop near City Hall in the 900 block of East Broad Street in Richmond, Virginia. The 33-year-old was found with gunshot wounds to his torso and was transported to a local hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
