In the early morning hours of October 14, 2016, the life of Ronald A. 'Ron' Holder, a 48-year-old White / Caucasian male, was tragically cut short in a fatal shooting in Richmond, Virginia. A dedicated manager at the Dollar General on Walmsley Boulevard, Holder was a familiar and pleasant figure to those who frequented the store. His death, which marked the city's 50th homicide of the year, left the community in shock.
