In the early evening of January 9, 2024, the life of 20-year-old Domonique Swan, a Black male, was tragically cut short in a violent encounter in Henrico, Virginia. Just after 7:00 p.m., Henrico Police were called to the 200 block of Engleside Drive following reports of a shooting that had led to a vehicle crash. Upon their arrival, officers discovered a grim scene. Inside the crashed vehicle were two men who had sustained gunshot wounds.
