On a Sunday evening in March 2018, the life of 48-year-old Damon L. Tucker was tragically cut short in Richmond, Virginia. Officers responded to a report of a shooting in the 1100 block of North 29th Street at approximately 7:37 p.m. and found Tucker unresponsive, having sustained an apparent gunshot wound.
