Malik D. Banks, a 21-year-old resident of Richmond, Virginia, tragically lost his life on April 13, 2019. The incident occurred in the 1300 block of Coalter Street, where police responded to reports of random gunfire at approximately 12:59 p.m. Upon arrival, officers discovered Banks in the staircase of an apartment building.
