In the cool evening of October 5, 2020, the life of 23-year-old Damarcus Gregory, a male resident of Richmond, Virginia, was tragically cut short. What was initially reported to Richmond Police as a single-vehicle crash at the intersection of Broad Rock Boulevard and South Kinsley Avenue would soon reveal a more sinister story.
