In the early hours of a Saturday in the fall of 2016, the life of Anthony D. Mack, a 41-year-old male, was tragically cut short on the streets of Richmond, Virginia. On September 24th, in the city's Gilpin Court neighborhood, Mack was shot, becoming another victim of the gun violence that plagued the community. His death marked the 45th homicide in Richmond that year.
