In the late summer of 2021, the life of 30-year-old Frederick Boatwright was tragically cut short in a brazen act of violence on a Richmond, Virginia street. On the afternoon of August 10th, Boatwright was discovered inside a car on Holly Springs Avenue in the city's Southside, suffering from a gunshot wound.
