Hakeem W. Winston, a 24-year-old resident of Richmond, Virginia, tragically lost his life on October 5, 2017. The incident occurred in East Richmond, near the intersection of 39th Street and Crestview Road. On that fateful afternoon, officers responded to a shooting report and found Winston suffering from a life-threatening gunshot wound.
