On April 15, 2019, Tijuan D. Davis, a 20-year-old resident of Richmond, Virginia, was tragically killed in a shooting incident in the Hillside Court neighborhood. The Richmond Police Department responded to reports of gunfire around 12:50 p.m. on that day. Upon arrival, officers discovered three males who had been shot. Two of the victims, Tijuan D.
