On a cold December day in Richmond, Virginia, the life of 21-year-old Dwayne Fredrick Frazier Jr. was tragically cut short. On December 17, 2017, he and another young man, 20-year-old Anthony J. Jones, were discovered deceased inside a vehicle in the Creighton Court area. Both men had sustained apparent gunshot wounds, a grim testament to the violence that claimed their lives.
