Dwayne Fredrick Frazier Jr., a 21-year-old from Richmond, Virginia, tragically lost his life on December 17, 2017. Born on May 10, 1996, Dwayne was known for his kind and considerate nature. He graduated from Highland Springs High School in 2014 and furthered his education at the Universal Technical Institute in Mooresville, North Carolina. Dwayne was employed as an auto mechanic at Road Dawgz Auto Repair in Richmond and had previously worked for Nissan and Ford dealerships.
