In the spring of 2023, the life of 19-year-old Timothy D. Hicks of Sandston, Virginia, was tragically cut short. On the night of Saturday, April 22, 2023, an incident unfolded that would lead to his untimely death. Hicks was brought to the emergency room at VCU Health with a gunshot wound.
