On a late summer evening in Richmond, Virginia, the life of 43-year-old Arnaldo Melendez-Perez, a male resident of the city, was tragically cut short. On September 1, 2024, at approximately 8:55 p.m., police were called to the 1600 block of Treehaven Drive with a report of a person shot.
