On a Sunday evening in the spring of 2024, the life of Brian L. Cosby, a 46-year-old male, was abruptly cut short. On May 26th, in the normally quiet 1900 block of Periwinkle Drive in Chesterfield, a community within the greater Richmond, Virginia area, violence erupted, leaving a devastating impact. Chesterfield County Police were called to the scene at approximately 8:15 p.m. following reports of a shooting. Upon their arrival, they discovered two individuals suffering from gunshot wounds.
