Michael Ray Jones, a 48-year-old resident of Richmond, Virginia, tragically lost his life on December 5, 2023. On that fateful evening, at approximately 8:20 p.m., Richmond police officers responded to a call reporting an unknown disturbance on Floyd Avenue.
