In the early hours of a Tuesday morning in Richmond, Virginia, the life of a young man was tragically cut short. On May 21, 2013, at approximately 1:30 a.m., police responded to a report of a shooting in the 2200 block of Walcott Place in the city's East End. There, they discovered 21-year-old Larry Rashaun Pittman lying in the street, suffering from a gunshot wound to the head. Emergency services transported him to a local hospital, but his injuries proved to be fatal.
