In the East End of Richmond, Virginia, on the morning of May 22, 2022, the life of 30-year-old Shon Jordan, a Black/African American male, was tragically cut short. Just before 10 a.m., Richmond Police were called to the 2100 block of Phaup Street following reports of a shooting. Upon their arrival, they discovered Shon Jordan suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was rushed to a local hospital, but his injuries proved to be fatal, and he was pronounced dead.
