In the summer of 2021, a young man's life was cut short in a tragic act of violence in Richmond, Virginia. Darrick Tabb, a 22-year-old male, was found with a fatal gunshot wound on the evening of Tuesday, July 20, 2021. The discovery was made by police officers who were responding to a call about a person down in an apartment located in the 600 block of West Bacon Street. Upon their arrival at approximately 9:58 p.m., they found Tabb, who was pronounced dead at the scene.
