In the late hours of a Monday evening in Richmond, Virginia, the life of Jayce Folkner, a 29-year-old male from the nearby community of Henrico, was tragically cut short. On March 21, 2022, police responded to a report of a shooting in the 4100 block of Hull Street Road. Upon their arrival at approximately 9:55 p.m., officers discovered Folkner inside a parked vehicle, unresponsive. He had sustained an apparent gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at the scene.
