Michael A. Minor, aged 44, tragically lost his life on July 30, 2016, in Richmond, Virginia. He was shot and killed while working at the Black Tie Social Club in Richmond’s East End. The incident occurred around 2 a.m. when officers responded to an emergency call about a person shot at the club. Upon arrival, they found Minor unconscious and not breathing, having suffered a gunshot wound to the head. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
