Jahshim Nahshon Turnbull, a 23-year-old from Virginia Beach, Virginia, tragically lost his life on March 10, 2016, in Henrico County, near Richmond, VA. The incident occurred around 12:15 a.m. when police were flagged down by a citizen near the intersection of Alma Avenue and E. Laburnum Avenue, who reported a shooting in the area.
