Osbin Noel Hernandez-Gonzales, an 18-year-old from Richmond, Virginia, tragically lost his life on July 24, 2011. His death was the result of a gang-initiation shooting orchestrated by the MS-13 gang. Hernandez-Gonzales was killed in the 8200 block of Riverside Drive at the intersection with Oxford Parkway at Pony Pasture Park in Richmond.
