In the East End of Richmond, Virginia, a dispute at a grocery store on an April evening tragically cut short the life of 38-year-old Patrick Jenkins. On April 9, 2023, Jenkins was shot and killed in the 1900 block of Mechanicsville Turnpike. The male victim had only recently moved to Richmond just a week before his untimely death.
