Kendell Leon Coward, aged 34, passed away on March 20, 2017, in Richmond, Virginia. His death was a result of a fatal shooting incident that occurred on Raven Street. The Richmond Police Department responded to a call regarding a shooting at approximately 5:49 p.m. on March 24, 2016. Upon arrival, officers found an adult male, later identified as Eric A.
