Frank A. Skip McCray

On a November evening in Richmond, Virginia, the life of Frank A. 'Skip' McCray, a 49-year-old Black male, was tragically cut short. On November 16, 2015, police responded to reports of gunfire at the Blue Ridge Apartments. Arriving at the scene, officers discovered McCray in the rear yard of one of the buildings, suffering from fatal gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene, becoming a victim in what was determined to be a triple shooting.
