Frank A. "Skip" McCray, aged 49, tragically lost his life on November 16, 2015, in Richmond, Virginia. On that fateful evening, Richmond police responded to a report of shots fired at the Blue Ridge Apartments. Upon arrival, officers discovered McCray unresponsive in the rear yard of the building. He had suffered fatal gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene. This incident was part of a series of violent events that shook the community.
