On the evening of Thursday, September 4, 2025, a sense of loss fell over the Manchester district of Richmond, Virginia. Terrell Robinson, a 44-year-old man, was found lying on a sidewalk on East 10th Street with a gunshot wound to his back. The call to the Richmond Police Department came in at approximately 7 p.m. Robinson was rushed to a local hospital, but tragically, he succumbed to his injuries a short time later. His death marked the 42nd homicide in the city of Richmond for the year 2025. ...
