Jeffery Dale Barrett, aged 42, tragically passed away on October 3, 2015, in Lancaster, South Carolina. He was found with gunshot wounds to his chest and leg on Thomasville Street around 8:15 p.m. that evening. Barrett, a construction worker and father of five, had just left his home to visit a friend's house when the incident occurred. His death was a significant loss to his family and the community, as he was remembered for his love of the outdoors and spending time with his loved ones.
