In the spring of 2017, the life of 19-year-old MarQuise Deshun Evans was tragically cut short in Lancaster, South Carolina. On the evening of April 11th, police responded to reports of a shooting at the Caroline Court Apartments. There, they discovered a black SUV riddled with bullet holes. As they began their investigation, Evans emerged from behind one of the apartment buildings and collapsed, having been shot multiple times. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
