Kenroy A. Cummings, aged 37, was tragically found dead on March 4, 2019, in Richmond, Virginia. He was discovered alongside Marvin D. Walters, aged 36, in an apartment at the Villas of Oakwood Apartments located in the 3500 block of East Richmond Road. Both men had been shot to death, and their bodies were found at approximately 6:25 p.m. on that fateful evening.
