In the South Richmond area, on a Saturday morning, the life of Allen Frazier, a 57-year-old male, was tragically cut short. On December 12, 2020, police responded to a call about a person down in the 2300 block of Concord Avenue. Upon arrival, at approximately 10:43 a.m., they discovered Mr. Frazier unresponsive on the steps of a house, suffering from a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
