Allen Frazier, aged 57, passed away on December 12, 2020, in Richmond, Virginia. He was found shot on the steps of a residence on Concord Avenue. Richmond Police responded to the scene at 10:43 a.m. after receiving reports of a person down. Upon arrival, they discovered Frazier suffering from a gunshot wound, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
