In the late hours of a Monday night in Richmond, Virginia, the life of 19-year-old William Fladger, Jr. was tragically cut short. On June 20, 2022, just before midnight, Fladger was brought to a local hospital suffering from a gunshot wound. Despite medical efforts, he was pronounced dead upon arrival.
