In the early morning hours of July 20, 2023, the life of 44-year-old JeMario Robinson, a male resident of Richmond, Virginia, was tragically cut short. At approximately 7:22 a.m., Richmond Police officers were dispatched to the 2100 block of Newbourne Street following a report of a person shot. Upon their arrival, they discovered Mr. Robinson suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.
