On the evening of December 20, 2021, tragedy struck in Richmond, Virginia, forever altering the lives of those who knew and loved Christopher Barnes. At approximately 7:09 p.m., the sound of gunfire shattered the night in the 700 block of Richmond Highway. When police officers arrived at the scene, they discovered the 26-year-old male unresponsive, having sustained an apparent gunshot wound.
