Christopher Barnes, a 26-year-old resident of Richmond, Virginia, tragically lost his life on December 20, 2021. He was identified as the victim of a homicide that occurred on Richmond Highway. On the evening of December 20, Richmond Police responded to reports of a shooting in the 700 block of Richmond Highway.
