In the spring of 2023, the life of a Richmond, Virginia man was tragically cut short in a violent encounter that shattered the peace of his Museum District apartment. On the afternoon of April 17th, police were dispatched to a residence in the 3500 block of Stuart Avenue following reports of a shooting.
