In the autumn of 2017, a life was tragically cut short in Henrico, Virginia. Ra'Quan L. Mayo, a 21-year-old man, was found deceased on the evening of November 15th. The grim discovery was made in a car parked at the Oakley Townhomes, where the vehicle's engine was still running and its lights were on. Mayo had sustained a fatal gunshot wound to the back of his head. A pistol was found in his lap.
