Ra'Quan L. Mayo, a 21-year-old from Richmond, VA, tragically lost his life on November 15, 2017. Mayo was found with life-threatening injuries inside a vehicle in the 4600 block of Needham Court in Henrico County's east end. Despite efforts to save him, he was pronounced dead shortly after being discovered. The initial reports indicated that Mayo had suffered a gunshot wound to the head, which was later confirmed as the cause of death.
