In the city of Richmond, Virginia, a tragic story unfolded on March 6, 2022, ending the life of 19-year-old Isaiah James. On that Sunday, in the 1100 block of North 20th Street, gunfire erupted, fatally wounding James. He was not the sole victim of this violent act; another young man, Shemar Howlett, also lost his life in the same incident.
