Kenneth Cooper Jr., a 27-year-old resident of Richmond, Virginia, was tragically killed on April 5, 2022. He was found fatally shot in an alley on Hanes Avenue, near West Brookland Park Boulevard, around 7 p.m. that evening. Richmond police officers responded to the scene following reports of a shooting and discovered Cooper with an apparent gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
