Ezra Flowers, age 20, was fatally shot on July 7, 2011, in Oakland, California. He was one of several victims in a series of shootings that occurred over the Fourth of July weekend. The incident took place on the 7100 block of International Boulevard, and Ezra was pronounced dead on Friday evening.
