Torrick L. Brown, aged 26, tragically lost his life on February 1, 1992, in Richmond, Virginia. The incident occurred during a violent altercation inside an apartment where Brown was shot in the upper body. His sister, Martha McCoy, was also critically injured in the same attack, sustaining multiple gunshot wounds to her stomach and arms.
